Health Data
This app connects via Bluetooth to wearable devices (such as smart rings) to read your health-related data. This data may include, but is not limited to:

Blood oxygen
Skin temperature (surface temperature, not body temperature)

We use this health data to generate personalized insights and analysis, and to help understand your heart rate zones and overall readiness. We do not use your health data for marketing or advertising purposes. This app only accesses your health data with your explicit permission.
Location Data
This app accesses your location data (including precise and approximate location) to calculate distance and display your route during workout recording. Location data is collected only when you actively use the workout feature. We do not use your location data for marketing or advertising. Your location data is processed locally on your device solely for calculating distance and displaying your route; it is not uploaded or sent to any server. This app cannot access your location data without your authorization. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.
Camera & Photos
We access your camera for taking profile photos and attaching images to feedback. We access your photo library for selecting profile images, choosing images for feedback, and saving shared images to your device. These features are only triggered when you authorize and actively use them. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background.
Bluetooth
We access Bluetooth permissions to connect and sync your wearable device (such as your smart ring). Bluetooth data is used solely for device pairing and health data synchronization, not for tracking your location or identity. Synced health data (such as heart rate, steps, sleep) is uploaded to our servers via an encrypted HTTPS connection when you actively trigger a sync, to provide you with data analysis services.
Notifications
We access notification permissions to send you app messages, health reminders (such as low battery alerts), and status updates.
Security
We value the security of your information. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

AI Feature: Terms of Use and Disclaimer
Ova is an AI-powered health data interpretation feature within the O Ring App. It generates periodic analyses and reference summaries based on your authorized health data. Ova is not a real-time conversational AI; its interpretations are generated upon your active request and stored in local records or backend logs within the app.
When you use Ova, we may process your authorized health data (such as sleep, activity, heart rate) and your selected interpretation types solely to generate results, improve service quality, and optimize system performance. This data is not used to identify you personally or for advertising or marketing purposes. We will not disclose this data to any unauthorized third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
You understand and acknowledge that the content provided by Ova is intended for health data interpretation and reference only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or any form of medical practice. Data collected by wearable devices and AI analysis may have inaccuracies due to wearing method, environmental factors, or technical limitations. Interpretations are not guaranteed to be completely accurate or suitable for your specific situation. Opove is not responsible for any decisions you make based on these interpretations or any consequences arising from them.

To enable core features and ensure secure, stable service operation, this application integrates software development kits (SDKs) provided by our partners. In accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and data minimization, we engage the following third-party SDKs to process relevant personal information.
