The kit includes eight test rings (sizes 6-13), wear the appropriate size for 24 hours to account for natural finger size fluctuations throughout the day, then choose the size that feels snug but not tight and doesn't shift when you move.

How to wear the O Ring correctly?
For optimal performance and accuracy, it is recommended to wear the ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. You can also wear it on the middle or ring finger if preferred. When wearing, the sensor position should be on the palm side. The O Ring should fit comfortably and snugly against the skin at the base of the finger.

Can I wear the ring while showering?
Yes. The ring has 5 ATM water resistance. However, please do not use it in water with complex compositions (such as hot springs, seawater) to avoid potential corrosion of the ring's materials by specific components.
