Troubleshooting - Massage Guns

Massage gun won't charge?

Check the charger:

- Use the original charger. If the battery indicator doesn't light up, the charger may be faulty—try a new one.
- If the charger works but the gun still won't charge, the battery may be faulty. Please contact support@opove.com to get help.

Why does massage gun stop suddenly?

1. Stall protection:
- Applied too much pressure? Reduce force and press the speed button to restart.
2. Auto-shutoff after 30 mins:
- Press the speed button to resume.

Why is massage gun making strange noises?

1. Check the attachment head:
- Remove accessories—if noise stops, reinstall the head properly.
2. Persistent noise?

How to charge the ring?

Please use a 5V⎓1A power source and connect the charging case via the Type-C interface. The charging case itself does not contain a battery; it only functions as a charging dock.
After placing the ring and connecting the power, the ring's green indicator light blinks during charging. A solid green light indicates it is fully charged.
Under normal conditions, a full charge takes approximately 120 minutes.

How to wear the ring correctly?

For optimal performance and accuracy, it is recommended to wear the ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. You can also wear it on the middle or ring finger if preferred. When wearing, the sensor position should be on the palm side. The ring should fit comfortably and snugly against the skin at the base of the finger.

After opening the package, I cannot find the ring's Bluetooth signal

The ring is shipped in transport mode with Bluetooth signal disabled. For the first use after opening the package, it needs to be charged to activate. When the indicator light (green) illuminates during charging, it indicates successful activation.

Can I wear the ring while showering?

Yes. The ring has 5 ATM water resistance. However, please do not use it in water with complex compositions (such as hot springs, seawater) to avoid potential corrosion of the ring's materials by specific components.

What is the operating ambient temperature range for the ring?

The normal operating ambient temperature for the ring is -10°C to +45°C. Wearing it for extended periods outside this temperature range may affect its lifespan and reliability, potentially impacting normal use.

Why does it show as disconnected every time I open the APP?

To extend the ring's battery life, the APP automatically disconnects the Bluetooth connection with the ring when running in the background. Upon opening the APP, it will automatically connect to the ring and synchronize data.

After opening the APP, the device number and battery level are displayed, but a "Not Connected" prompt appears below.

"Not Connected" is displayed during incomplete data synchronization. After synchronization is complete, it will show the "Connected" status.

Unable to connect after updating to the latest firmware?

After a firmware update, the APP synchronizes the device's historical data with the server. The synchronization time depends on the data volume and network quality, typically taking about 3-5 seconds. You need to wait for the data synchronization to complete before connecting to the ring.

Under what circumstances does it connect and synchronize automatically?

Connection and synchronization occur automatically when opening the APP and when bringing the APP to the foreground from the background.

How to connect and synchronize manually?

Tap the sync button on the device card within the APP. The system will actively establish a connection with the ring and perform a data synchronization.

The ring becomes relatively warm after charging

The ring uses wireless charging technology, which causes the surface temperature to rise during charging. However, the product is a low-voltage device, and the temperature after prolonged charging remains within a safe range. Please use it with confidence.

The ring's step count doesn't match WeChat or a smartwatch

The ring has undergone comparative testing with a standard pedometer. The deviation in standard scenarios is less than 5%.

Heart rate and sleep data are shown even when the ring is not worn, but placed on the holder?

This phenomenon occurs in all wearable devices using the PPG optical heart rate measurement principle. PPG sensors detect light changes and cannot directly sense living tissue. When the PPG sensor is placed on certain objects and the detected light changes resemble those from a finger, it is recognized as a worn state. The ring then initiates sleep and heart rate monitoring, which is why heart rate and sleep results appear in the APP.

Are historical data lost if the ring is lost?

The ring's historical data is synchronized and stored on cloud servers. Losing the ring does not affect historical data. You can view it by logging into the same account.

Is lying down playing with a phone detected as sleep?

Sleep detection is based on human activity characteristics. Maintaining the same posture without movement for an extended period may potentially be identified as a sleep state.

Short naps are not recorded?

Naps shorter than 30 minutes are not recorded as sleep.

Sleep data shows intermediate awake states

Human sleep consists of multiple stages: light sleep, deep sleep, REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, and awake stages. During awake and REM stages, consciousness is often still blurred, and one is usually not aware of these stages. This leads to a discrepancy between personal perception and recorded data.

Sleep and wake times are based on physiological characteristics of entering and exiting sleep states, and therefore may have a certain time discrepancy from one's actual feeling.

What does the finger temperature change trend represent?

Basal body temperature varies from person to person. The ring's temperature change trend refers to the trend line based on individual basal body temperature. If your basal temperature shows significant changes, it is recommended to further observe your temperature.

Why can't the APP display the health status?

The health status is obtained through a comprehensive assessment based on data collected by the ring: sleep, activity, stress, heart rate, and blood oxygen. Sleep data is the most fundamental. If the wearing time is too short or there is no sleep data, a health index cannot be generated. It is recommended to wear the ring continuously to unlock the health index.
